This is an authentic vintage legal document from 1932, originating from the Supreme Court of Suffolk County, New York. The document pertains to the case of LESTER B. GILDERSLEEVE, et al., Plaintiffs, against JOEL BUNCE, et al., Defendants, and includes the Summons, Complaint & Order. It details the legal proceedings and lists HAGGERTY & HAGEMANN as attorneys representing the Plaintiffs, with their office located in Jamaica, Queens, New York City. This piece offers a fascinating glimpse into early 20th-century American legal history and is a great addition for collectors of historical memorabilia, legal documents, or New York history.

I found several book titles he wrote on patents with publication dates of 1924, 1932 and 1943. He had a pretty large ad in Popular Science magazine in December 1931. He references a booklet on this letter opener. Style suggests 1930s. I could only find reference to one invention with his name as attorney, a hay raker from the 1940s. His legacy seems to be these letter openers he gave out. There are many. Significant flaws not depicted in the photos are described here-with, minor flaws and normal wear are not. Unless the item is described as new, assume there will be minor flaws or wear commensurate with a used item of given age.
